As I mentioned last week, if you know my family, you know we are just as into Halloween as we are Christmas…..which means, we are in the thick of getting ready for our local community’s Halloween Decorations Contest (and we are in it to win it!) and our Halloween party tomorrow night. So, I will be sparing all of us from a long winded newsletter this week and get to the recipe, My Quick and Easy Turkey Chili that is everyone’s favorite and I have been making since forever - which is why I am making a monstrous (see what I did there?) batch to have in my crockpot for our Halloween party tomorrow. It’s the perfect thing to have warm and ready for cold trick-or-treaters that come home hungry, and chili just has a loaves and fishes type magic to it, somehow no matter how many people show up unexpectedly, there is always enough.
